After completion of the whole scheme (modules & missions), Young Leaders are presented with the Young Leader belt buckle to celebrate the achievement and recognise the commitment they have shown while participating in the scheme.

The Young Leader belt buckle can replace the Scout Association standard uniform belt buckle and can be worn after leaving the Young Leaders unit and also as an adult leader.
